Chocolate, Palo and Fireworks

November 2nd - Part II

We rested then headed to something I was looking forward too the most on our cruise.  The Chocolate Tasting!  This was $30 pp.  It was in the Cadillac Lounge.  We had 4 drinks paired with chocolates and cheese.

Jeremy and I thoroughly enjoyed it.  A few people missed the class so there were extras around the tables.  We all shared the remainder.  I am very glad we did this tasting, but I don't know if we will do it again as it was a tad pricier than the Mixology Class.  I did leave the class a bit tipsy.  So back to the room we went to get ready for our Palo Dinner.

Palo dinner was lovely.  We were served by Judy again.  I didn't get many photos of our food as I decided to be good and not be a shutterbug, but I couldn't help myself when it came time for dessert.

Jeremy had the Shrimp appetizer, the Filet with Cheese sauce, and the Chocolate Amaretto Indulgence.

I had the Mushroom Risotto (still one of my favourite dishes of all time), the Filet with Red Wine Sauce, and the Chocolate Souffle.

Judy also brought us a little something for our Anniversary and Jeremy's Birthday.  We looked silly with 4 dessert plates. :)

AS we left from our wonderful dinner I made sure to ask someone to take our picture as we rarely have photos of the two of us.

After we stuffed ourselves we headed to the room for the night.  Jeremy didn't leave the room, but I snuck out to watch the fireworks from Pirate night.  I do love fireworks, they make me feel giddy.

After I went back to the room and went to bed as we had a big day ahead of us.
